fit&tone, fit&tone.

For every follower I get I will do 30 crunches. For every message I will do 50 crunches. HELP ME:) This is my motivation..or thinspiration if you will. I am not about unhealthy-ily getting skinny but I've learned that seeing pictures and hearing other people dealing with the same thing helps me to be motivated to do better. So this is my place for that. My goal is to be happy with the way I look and feel confident in a bikini this summer.
Vacation Countdown

i burn over 1,000 calories 5 days a week at the gym and that’s not even counting the calories i burn in the morning workout. I’ve reached a plateau. I switch up my diet and I eat light caloried things for most of my meals. does anyone have any advice as to why my weight loss has stopped? what to do to re-trigger it?

anything? i need all advice you’re willing to give. I am starting to lose my motivation because i think i’m not going to lose anymore. am i just at a slow point? am i still losing weight? gahhh so many questions. help? lol
